If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 3 days after their delivery date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered in the last 3 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

This Limited Warranty offered by Le Present covers defects in material or workmanship for new Le Present products.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing Le Present products from authorized Le Present retailers or resellers may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.
Le Present warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Le Present will replace at no charge, any product or product part, when applicable, that proves defective due to improper workmanship and/or material defects, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Le Present is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely fashion, Le Present may, at its discretion, elect to provide in-store credit or refund the purchase.
Our warranty coverage periods are 6 months from the documented date of purchase, depending on the type of Le Present product, and where it was purchased.
Our warranties do not cover any problem caused by:
- Incorrect assembly
- Modification made after purchase
- Damages caused by intentional/accidental misuse or carelessness
- Normal wear and tear
- Weather damage
- Floor samples or clearance items
During extreme weather conditions that may result in damage, all Le Present products should be protected or moved indoors. When natural plants are used, either indoors or outdoors, a potting planter should be inserted in the top tier of the Le Present planter, with a potting plate placed underneath the potting planter to gather excess water. In addition, when using natural plants outdoors, drainage hole (s) should be drilled at the bottom of the Le Present planter to allow water to evacuate, otherwise Le Present planters are susceptible to cracking if any remaining water in the earth, or accumulated water at the bottom of the Le Present planter, freezes. Artificial plants placed outdoors should be treated with UV protectant to extend their life and prevent discoloration.
Le Present highly recommends that customers unpack all orders within two days receipt; please contact us immediately in case of damage to the purchased Le Present product. If the Le Present product in question is to be returned, please save all packing materials so that they may be used for return shipping. In addition, we ask you that you send detailed photos of the damaged Le Present product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
